Telcom recognised for GigaBritain Success as Virgin Media Growth Partner of the Year
Telcom, the UK’s leading provider of dedicated business connectivity, has been recognised by Virgin Media for the industry-leading quality of its GigaBritain™ project, as well as for close collaboration between Telcom and Virgin Media teams.
We launched GigaBritain to our channel partners in October 2023. Since then, we have been on a mission to transform connectivity for businesses across Britain. With the UK’s largest fibre and wireless network, and partnerships with some of the country’s leading carriers, we have delivered rapidly expanding coverage and truly business-class connectivity for our clients.
GigaBritain was launched less than four months ago and the program has already been awarded the Virgin Media Growth Partner of the Year. The award recognises the hard work, dedication, and innovation of Virgin Media’s partners in various categories, including collaboration, innovation, business partnership, and growth.
In addition to being recognised as Virgin Media’s Growth Partner of the Year, Telcom has also been Highly Commended for the Collaboration Award in recognition of the industry-leading working relationship between the Telcom Wholesale and Virgin Media teams. Our service delivery teams are delivering customer orders alongside the Virgin Media team in an average of 40 days, much faster than the average industry lead time of between 60 and 70 days.
