Most of the Telcom leadership team has been with us since the beginning. With £62 million of investment from Gresham House, they build the network from the ground up – and they continue to drive expansion and innovation to this day.

Before he co-founded Telcom, Thom was the technical lead at one of the largest social media sites in the UK.

Alistair is focused on developing and managing the software and systems that underpin all of Telcom’s work.

Pam fosters a culture of employee development, leading to greater expertise, innovation and a genuine customer obsession.
Martin Fenney
CFO
Martin joined the Telcom board in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the financial management and planning for the business.

Andy is responsible for our sales and marketing teams, bringing 15+ years MSP & ISP commercial sales experience to Telcom Group.
