When we started Telcom back in 2013

Telcom is founded by Shaun Gibson, Thom Seddon and Alistair Adams Shaun, Thom and Ali launch Telcom to make superfast internet accessible for businessess of all sizes and to help drive Britains digital revolution.
Launch of first Fixed Wireless Networks across Manchester Telcom launches it's first Fixed Wireless Networks across Manchester city centre rooftops and connects the first commercial building at Old Granada Studios.
Win first major 'Managed Infrastructure' contract Telcom is appointed to manage the private fibre network across Manchester's central business district 'Spinningfields' and new creative district 'Enterprise City'.
Telcom becomes a fully fledged ISP On the back of building it's own core network, Telcom gets its ASN number, becoming AS31631, and begins peering, achieving the status of a fully fledged ISP.
Launch of Managed WiFi and Managed LAN Understanding that most businesses need support with how they connect to internet in addition to having a connection, Telcom launches it's managed service products Managed WiFi and Managed LAN.
Launch of Fixed Wireless Networks across Leeds and Liverpool Telcom constructs Fixed Wireless Networks across Leeds & Liverpool to connect business customers, becoming one of the top B2B internet suppliers in the North of England.
Recognised as the fastest growing ISP Telcom is included in the Manchester Evening News' 'Top 100 tech companies in Greater Manchester' 2017 list and recognised as the fastest growing ISP in the Northern Tech Awards top 100.
Launch of Telcom Infrastructure full fibre network Launch of Telcom Infrastructure - our open access, wholesale, full fibre network designed to support the ISP.
Launch of PureFibre Launch of PureFibre - our industry leading, business focused, leased line grade fibre solution
PIA Status secured with BT Openreach Telcom secures Physical Infrastructure Access rights with BT Openreach providing access to their physical duct and pole network, dramatically speeding up delivery of sustainable full fibre.
£63 million investment by Gresham House Telcom successfully secures £63million in backing from Gresham House Investment Management in order to build significant full fibre network footprints across the North of England, and connect over 1000 additional buildings.
Launch of HyperCities in Manchester and Leeds Telcom builds and launches 100% independent HyperCities and PureFibre networks in Manchester and Leeds.
Launch of HyperCities in London, Birmingham and Liverpool Telcom builds and launches 100% independent HyperCities and PureFibre networks in London, Birmingham and Liverpool.
Win contract with Cardiff City Council to build HyperCity Cardiff Telcom wins a contract with Cardiff City Council to bring it's successful HyperCity format to Cardiff making Cardiff the 6th HyperCity in the UK
