Cheaper internet connections for businesses; free superfast public internet
At Telcom, we love making the cities we work in better places to work and live and Telcom Unity is one of the ways we try to achieve that. We are committed to bringing Telcom high speed wifi access to local community sites selected by each city and providing free community access in neighborhoods that qualify.
In qualifying neighbourhoods (like the Manchester Northern Quarter) we subsidise the costs of local business connections if the businesses are open to sharing their superfast connection with their customers.
Free High Speed Public WiFi
We do all the work to set up and install the hardware for a public WiFi hotspot in local businesses in order to allow them to provide superfast free WiFi. If you run a coffee shop, bar, restaurant or any other high street business you could be a part of Unity. Free WiFi for you and your customers.
Community Connections
It's in our DNA to give as we grow and empower Britain. We're always on the lookout for worthy organizations in each of the cities where we operate who would benefit from a superfast connection. Such Community Connections include public and non-profit organizations selected by the city to receive a superfast connection at no cost.

What will your connection include?
Free High Speed Public Wifi
All Telcom Unity connections will be equipped with a symmetric 30Mb Internet connection (up to 30Mbps upload and 30Mbps download) over Telcom's network. Telcom will provide a free connection and service for the duration of time specified in our contract with your city.
Dedicated Support
We have dedicated phone support available 24 hours/day, every day of the year, along with email and chat support. For any issues with Telcom Unity Connections, we will provide a next business day on-site response, as necessary. We know the community is relying on your Internet connection, and we're here to support you.
