Can I keep my old number when moving to VoIP?
In most cases we are able to port your existing number onto your VoIP product with us. This is called 'number porting' and requires us to submit a porting request on your behalf, requesting that the current holder of your number transfers it to our system.
While porting is possible for most numbers, some special numbers and certain providers can mean that we are unable to port a specific number. If you would like to check whether a number can be ported or not, get in touch with our team and we'll check for you.
Does number porting have a cost?
Porting requests carry a cost, normally around £20. It should be noted that this cost is to cover the submission of the porting request and is charged even if the porting request fails.
