Located in Old Oak, The Collective offers boutique interior design that connect private rooms with shared spaces: members have access to shared kitchen, entertainment spaces, luxury facilities, and bookable dining rooms for private and social events. This also creates a sense of community, where likeminded young professionals connect, collaborate and socialise.

Joseph, the Office Manager of The Den, explains "We decided to switch from our IT service providers to Telcom due to the fact they weren't delivering the service we required. After obtaining three separate diagnoses of our set me up went with Telcom who had also come recommended."
Having a secondary connection allows The Collective to place confidence in the robustness of their internet: if the infrastructure fails at any point, it would automatically switch over to the backup connection in seconds.
This can be done in two ways: by having two providers, or by creating several resilience points along the line to make sure every possible problem is covered by a secondary solution. This includes running on a separate power supply and using a different electricity provider, linking to different cabinets that link to a separate exchanges. No duplicates are allowed, to make sure the line won't be interrupted when the primary connection fails.
